Virus Remediation Training
The Virus Remediation Training workshop was developed to teach IT Support technicians an effective methodology for finding, identifying, and removing viruses, rogue security programs, and other malevolent software (malware) that has become so prevalent in today’s computing environment.
This is a one-day course that is presented in a public format or on-site at the client’s location. The workshop is appropriate for third-party outsourced IT Support organizations or for in-house IT Departments. The intended audience is experienced support technicians, with A+ Certification or comparable experience.
